Izmir'da

At the second day we woke up quite late but since we could spend this day in Izmir, no rush was necessary. We walked from Bornova to Izmir Konak (city centre) visiting this city.
Clock tower and Jagoda

Street sellers and badem

New discovery

Kopek WC, nice idea
We noticed some strange green fruit on street's stands called "badem". My curiosity and eagerness of experiencing new tastes told me to take half of small bag of that strange thing. We ate badem on the shore of Gulf of Izmir looking at the ferry public transport, which is quite well organized in Izmir.

In the evening our host's mum prepared delicious, Turkish dinner - amazing! We found out that green, sour fruit are unripe almonds!
